Fainting Goats…

Often times in our lives, some people react the very same way in response to certain events. Some people become powerless to control their minds and bodies when they are faced with fear. They shut down just like these goats… Next time, when you feel that you are going down that road, remember these goats and ask yourself … Am I being like the paralyzed goats? Is fear stopping me again from moving ahead with my life? Best Wishes, Bernie,...

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 3]

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 3]

In the previous e-letters, I told you about the story of a little sparrow seeking her hero, a giant bird, at the top of a mountain… After many attempts and a long journey, despite the ridicule from other sparrows, one early morning, after a week of climbing, she made it to the top of the mountain… What she saw at the top of the mountain shocked her… She saw snow-covered rocks with no trace of a living being… It was only rocks and snow… nothing else… quiet… the only sound was the sound of the cold wind blowing. She saw no giant bird. She was so disappointed. But wait… Do you still think there was no giant bird ? Well, don’t give up soon. Sometimes the truth is more amazing than the myth. She sat at the edge of a rock staring at the orchard from the top of the mountain. The orchard looked so small from there… small as an ant. She sadly thought about how much she wanted to meet the giant bird; how much she wanted to ask him how he could fly so high, how he could stand such a cold weather, and how he could be so strong… That’s when it hit her… She had managed to fly that high. She had withstood the cold. She had learned how to be strong and achieve incredible tasks, by not fearing failure and not giving up. She had learned how to accomplish great things by small incremental steps. She didn’t need to ask these questions from the giant bird anymore, because she already knew the answers. She found all her answers along the way. She realized that, in reality, she had all the qualities of the giant bird that she was searching for. Then she came to the realization that the giant bird is not a myth. It is very real. The giant bird does exist. She IS the giant bird! That’s why the sparrows’ stories always said that the giant bird is at the top of the mountain. Because any sparrow that makes it to the top of the mountain, will become a giant bird; a hero. She began to understand why she always had this feeling inside that the giant bird existed. It was because she was always the giant bird within. She had finally found her hero, the giant bird! When she realized all this, she was so empowered and happy that she screamed with joy. Her scream echoed through the mountains… Down at the orchard, other sparrows who were sitting around chatting as usual heard the scream. They all went silent and looked at each other in disbelief. But, after a moment of silence, one of them said “no, that’s not possible. the giant bird is just a myth”. Then they continued on with their gossips and little lives filled with limited beliefs… You too must realize that you are the giant hero you have been waiting for… This may be a metaphoric story, but it cannot be closer to the truth… Many secrets to success were in this little story; from how to believe and ignore the nay-sayers, to how great things are achieved by incremental steps and persistence… The true power is within you… All the methods, systems, tools and techniques do only one thing: They help you believe… believe in the ultimate truth… The truth that you are the giant hero and can change your life, accomplish anything, and change the world, when you believe. I hope you enjoyed this story and its important lessons… So remember, as always, believe and manifest...

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 2]

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 2]

In the previous e-letter, I told you about the story of a little sparrow who set out to find her hero, the giant bird, at the top of a mountain. If you remember, she could not make it to the top and had to come back before going too far… She was humiliated by the other sparrows… But, deep down she could feel that the giant bird existed. She could not let go of that feeling… So she decided to try again. But this time she kept it a secret from other sparrows. She got up in the morning and climbed the mountain. She climbed to the point that she had tried before and came back home. but this time it was much easier for her. The next morning, she tried again and climbed a little higher, before coming back down. She kept doing that everyday. But everyday she would go just a little bit higher. As weeks passed by, she learned to fly higher and higher. She also grow thicker feathers, so the cold wouldn’t bother her anymore. The first time, when she was climbing down, she felt like a failure. But now she was doing that everyday and wouldn’t consider it a failure. She learned that the path to the top is not a straight-up climb, but it takes many attempts. And each attempt makes her stronger and closer to her goal. Everyday, as she would come back home, she would see the other sparrows, sitting around gossiping and wasting their time. But she would never join them anymore. She would just pass by, ignoring them. She knew that hanging around with them would only hurt her beliefs. She knew that the other sparrows had never done anything. They would just hop from one tree to another and make fun of anyone who wanted to do something valuable. Almost a year passed and now the little sparrow would take days at a time to climb up and down the mountain. She was now stronger and had a thick set of feathers. She had started to look different from other sparrows. She was reaching the heights very close to the top. And the day of the final attempt came. She decided to go all the way to the top this time… It took her a week and an incredible effort to get close to the top. She withstood the cold and all the hardships. After a week of climbing, early one morning, she was preparing for the last jump; the leap to the top… Her heart was filled with excitement… The day had come for her to meet her hero, the giant bird… She took the final leap and landed on the top of the mountain… Incredible! She was right, the giant bird did exist indeed! What she saw at the top of the mountain shocked her! Do you know what she saw? What do you think the giant bird looked like? Well, this e-letter is getting too long. Make sure you read the next e-letter for the conclusion of this story... You will find out what the little sparrow saw at the top of the mountain…...

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 1]

The Story of the Little Sparrow [Part 1]

In this e-letter, I am going to talk about finding a great hero that can change your life… You may wonder, how… Well, let me start off with the story of a little sparrow who found her great hero… Your answer will be at the end of this story. I am talking about a little sparrow who was living in an orchard; an orchard next to a very tall mountain; a mountain so tall that its peak was always in the clouds… You could hear sparrows get together before dusk and dawn, chirp and make noises. That’s what sparrows do. To us, they sound like they are making noises and chirping, but actually they like to get together, gossip, and tell stories. One of the amazing stories they would always talk about was about a giant bird living at the top of the mountain. Many of the sparrows didn’t believe in it. They would say the giant bird was only a myth and did not exist. But, the little sparrow believed in the giant bird more than anything. She could feel it. She believed in the giant bird so much, that sometimes at night when she would stare at the shiny snow covered mountain, she could hear the big bird’s scream echo from the top of the mountain… but she was the only one who could hear that. All the other sparrows were sound asleep. The little sparrow was determined to find the giant bird. She wanted to meet the giant bird to ask him how he could fly so high, how he could stand the cold weather at the top of the mountain, and finally how he could be so strong. So one day she decided to climb the mountain and meet her hero… that was her mission. When other sparrows found out about her mission, they turned her into a laughing stock, making fun of her ambition… They would make fun of her, calling her crazy… They would say “Who do you think you are?… you are just a little bird. You can’t fly that high. Even if you could get that high, you can’t stand the cold”. Even her friends would say “The giant bird is only a myth. It doesn’t exist. Why would you want to give up your comfortable life here for a dream and an illusion?” But, the little sparrow knew her dream was not an illusion. She could imagine meeting the giant bird so vividly. She could feel that she was standing next to her hero at the top of the mountain looking down at the orchard. The urge to find her hero was so intense that had become her life’s mission. She made up her mind and planned her journey to the top of the mountain. One morning, as all the sparrows got together to chat, gossip, and waste time as usual, the little sparrow was missing. She had started her journey. But her journey was tougher than she thought. She would fly up the mountain a little and then she’d stop to rest. It was so difficult for her. After all, she was just a little bird who was used to flying from one tree branch to another… nothing more that. By mid-day she was so tired, even though she hadn’t made it that high up yet. She couldn’t fly higher anymore. The weather was getting colder and colder too. Her thin feathers were no match for the penetrating cold breeze in the mountain. She had no choice… she had to climb down the mountain and go back home… It was before the sunset and all the sparrows were together gossiping as usual, when they noticed the little sparrow coming down the mountain, tired and broken, with her head down… They all burst out laughing at the little sparrow, humiliating her. Her friends were telling her “We told you so. Why are you so stubborn? The giant bird doesn’t exist”. Other sparrows were less kind. They made fun of her and called her stupid. One of the sparrows put large leaves over his wings and yelled at the little sparrow “Here’s your hero! … I am the giant bird” while other sparrows watched and laughed. The little sparrow was so humiliated and broken… But wait… this is not the end of the story… Do you really think the giant bird didn’t exist? Do you think the little sparrow was just a crazy dreamer? What the little sparrow did next and what she found out will surprise you… So make sure you read the next e-letters for the ending of the story....

The Law of Attraction for Relationships

The Law of Attraction for Relationships

I hope all is going well with you and you are enjoying every moment of your life. In this e-letter, I am going to comment on a question that I have received from many people… A question about manifesting great relationships…At the end, it becomes clear how manifestations work… Question Hi, this is Desi. I just had a question. You said that we could use the manifestation affirmation with our relationships. The relationship I am having I vision myself being married to him. Do I affirm this by saying I am married? I am just wandering how to apply this to have the manifestation. Please respond, Thank you, Desi >>> My Comments: Desi, this is a great question and my comment on this applies to gentlemen as well. It applies to relationships in general. I am going to explain this in detail, because I want to cover how the trinity system, conscious mind, subconscious mind and our belief in higher self work when it comes to relationships… There will be DOs and DON’Ts … In this case, your desire, what you would like to intentionally manifest, is to “marry” a specific person that you love. So let’s examine this desire for a moment… As you know, logic is the language of the conscious mind and feelings and emotions are the language of the subconscious mind (The lower self) As a part of the manifestation process, you should impress your subconscious mind with this desire… How do you do that? To impress your subconscious mind with the desire, you should translate your desire from its logical language to the language of the subconscious mind…. I see two elements in your desire that are logical: 1) You desire to be in a relationship with a specific person (Mr. firstname lastname) 2) You desire to be married to him It is absolutely fine to have such logical desires in your conscious mind… BUT… To bring your subconscious mind aboard for manifestation, you should translate these two logical desires into something that your subconscious mind understands… If you were to tell your subconscious mind: “I am in a relationship with Joe Smith” for example your subconscious mind would respond: “Huh? I don’t understand names and identifications. Those are the things of the logical conscious mind. Tell me how it feels to be in a relationship with … then I will manifest it for you” So first, examine your relationship with him to see what it is that makes you love him. And don’t say “I love him because HE IS like this or that”…. Instead, examine what FEELINGS and EMOTIONS your relationship with him creates in YOU that you enjoy it so much. Impressing your subconscious mind and manifestations are about YOUR feelings and emotions. Once you find those emotions and feelings and focus on those feelings, not his name (that specific individual), then your subconscious mind understands… Then, your subconscious mind (or lower self) will say: “Aha, now I get it. That’s what you want to manifest? I will bring you more of those feelings” … and chances are that since he is the one bringing those feelings, your subconscious mind will bring him to you… So… Your subconscious mind does not know names, like Joe or John…it will bring you whoever creates those feelings and emotions in you … And chances are that would be him, since he creates those feelings in you… Have you ever come across people who keep falling into the same kind of relationships over and over again, as if it’s not the person (Joe, John, Mary…) but the kind of relationships they attract to themselves? Just make sure you do not focus on a specific person in your manifestation sessions or affirmations. That may manifest scarcity, because the message that your subconscious mind would get would be that there is only one person in the world like that…and that goes against abundance manifestations… I know, logically, you want it to be him… but don’t communicate it with your subconscious mind that way… Focus on your feelings, NOT the person… That brings us to the second logical element, “Marrying” … If you tell your subconscious mind: “I am going to marry” The subconscious mind says: “You are going to do what?” Again, as I explain in my ebook at: The Secret Behind The Secret the subconscious mind wants to know how it FEELS to be married…. Spend some time by yourself to see what it is about the marriage that makes you like it so much… Is it the quality time you cherish together? When you think about married life, what joyous activities come to your mind that stirs emotions in you? Everyone’s imagery is different… Focus on those feelings… What affirmations should you use? When you find the feeling that he creates in you and the activities or joys of married life, the affirmation you could put together would be: “I Am Enjoying Everyday Doing … With Someone Because I feel …” Fill in the blank with the joyous activities that you associate with marriage and feelings that he creates in you… I know that was a rather long comment …but I am a scientist, when I comment on something, I have to explain why… I wish the best in relationships for you Desi, and everyone with similar desire. I am going to wrap it up with a short comment: No one can be sure that relationships bring happiness… But, there’s one thing I am sure of … “Happiness Brings Great Relationships” So be happy first … And By the way, my ebook is at: The Secret Behind The Secret Wish you the manifestation of your greatest desires,...

How To Switch to Positivity

How To Switch to Positivity

I hope you are doing great and enjoying every moment of your life. I have been receiving a lot of questions about one of the major obstacles to manifesting desires. In fact, this is one of those obstacles that often times is invisible or it creeps in so slowly that’s difficult to recognize. So what is it? And how can we get rid of it? Question How do I get people who are negative to stop ruining my positivity, cause if they ruin my positive outlook with their negativity I end up attracting more negativity to myself? Thanks Jeremy >>> My comments EXCELLENT question! And a very common one indeed… Mastering positivity is the single most important skill in manifesting your desires. I say “Mastering”, because it can get tough at times, specially when people around you and some even close to you are not positive… I will show you a trick that you can use to turn the table on negativity in yourself and others, and transform it into positivity… I will also explain why it works… But, before I do that, I want to point out another subtle and veiled problem in the question… And that is the FEAR of negativity! Negativity is an obstacle, but you should not fear it in yourself and others around you, or you will attract more of it… Detect it, masterfully neutralize it, and turn it into positivity but don’t fight it… Because fearing it and fighting it sends a message to your subconscious mind that negativity is too powerful and can ruin everything… But even though we know logically that negativity is an obstacle, you don’t want to impress your subconscious mind with that, do you? When you master positivity in yourself, negativity of others will not bother you. In fact, you become such a glowing light of positivity that the little mosquitoes of negativity get zapped before they can get too close… So what’s the trick to neutralize negativity and turn it into positivity? As they say in Martial Arts: “Leverage your opponent’s weight against him” So here’s a Mental Jujitsu against negativity… When someone is being negative, he or she is focusing on a problem or a perceived problem without focusing on the solution… With one simple but magical question you can stomp the negativity and turn it into positivity… But, you must make sure that you ask this question with sincerity and not as an argument or sarcasm… Here’s the question you ask anyone who is being negative… “What would you recommend we should do to solve the problem?” Ask this with SINCERITY and genuine interest in solving the problem, and you will be surprised how powerful this simple question is… It will immediately steal the power and focus from negativity and use it for positivity and solution… Often times, you get a pause in response… That’s the sign of negative thoughts being stomped and trying to shift gear to positive… You can also use this question to zap the negativity in yourself. We all have moments that negative thoughts take over. When you catch yourself being negative, ask yourself the same… and you will be surprised how EFFECTIVE that little sentence is… Ask “What should I do to solve the problem?” That simple question returns the power to you… And it puts you in control as opposed to you being a victim. But there is another important reason a question like that is so POWERFUL… Since this e-letter is getting too long I will explain in upcoming e-letters the other reason and how the same method can be applied to different areas of your life as well… I wish you happiness and success in every aspect of your life,...

How To Make Things Happen

How To Make Things Happen

Hope you are enjoying your day. In this e-letter, I am going to talk about “How” you can unleash the power of your subconscious mind to change your life… This little trick is so powerful and yet simple, that it is often underestimated or completely ignored, because most people think it is too simple to be that powerful… So even it sounds simple, just try it, give it time, and see the results… But before I tell you that, let me tell you about two types of people that I have come across throughout my life… and I am sure, if you think about it, you can remember a lot of the same people in your life… I have come across people who always ask: “Why is it that …(things are in a certain way)…?” In some cases, I have run into the same people after 20 years and they are still asking the same questions! As if, their minds are trapped in the same loop… like a stuck computer that needs a reboot… I have also come across a different type of people… Those who keep asking questions like “How can I …(do that great thing, get that nice thing, etc)…?” Then, I have run into them a year later, or even few months later, and they have already got what they were asking for! And now they are asking for even greater and better things… Is that a coincidence? Or perhaps how you ask your questions can have such a major impact in your life… The wrong question can get people stuck, while the right ones pull them up to higher and higher levels of success and fulfillment… Asking “why” is fine. That is if you would like to be a philosopher…which is a great thing to be, if that’s the goal… But if you want to get things done, if you want to get “results”, if you would like to make things happen, you need a different question… To make great changes in your life, to achieve miracles, and to manifest your desire, the right way to ask, is to ask “How”… Not “Why are things the way they are…?”, But “How can I change things for better…?” You can start small, “How can I change… (that little thing in my life)…?” As you get a hang of it, go for the big ones… Remember the two types of people I told you? …in real life, there is a little bit of both in every one of us… When we are tired and frustrated, when we are resigned and have given up, that’s when we start asking “why” questions… Have you noticed when someone gets frustrated with someone else, the first question that comes up unconsciously is “Why are you like this?” or “Why are you acting like this?” When we are ready to make changes happen, and great things manifested, we start asking “How” questions… “How” questions throw a monkey wrench into mind loops, and immediately make your mind choose a new path…a path leading to solutions… I know some people may doubt that that’ll work, because it’s all too simple… but its power is in its simplicity. So throughout the day, when you are thinking about anything, try changing any thought into a “How” question… You will be surprised with the results after a while… Now, how long does it take to get the answers? or how can you speed up the answers to your questions?… In the next e-letters, I will share more about that. Wish you happiness,...

How To Use Your Dreams

How To Use Your Dreams

I hope you are enjoying your day and all is going great for you. In this e-letter, I am going to talk more about what most everyone deals with… How to attract what you desire… especially when it comes to relationships… How to relieve yourself from emotional burdens… In fact, how to have all the joy of great relationships but be immune from any hurts… Wouldn’t that be great? But, before I talk about that, I want to ask you about something that is closely related, even though it may not seem related, at the surface. What are dreams? and how can they help you get what you desire in your life? I am talking about things you see and feel in your dreams, when sleeping. When you dream, you come across people and places and things happen in your dreams… Some of them make sense and some not… But there’s one thing for sure, they can emotionally affect you… they can make you feel happy, joyful, sad, or even scared… They all feel so real and yet you know they were not real after you wake up. They all feel real and can emotionally impact you because when you are dreaming you don’t know they are only dreams… But what if?… What if when you are dreaming, suddenly you become aware that what you are experiencing is a dream and it is not real? Would it still impact you emotionally? When you realize that you are dreaming while you are dreaming… when you became lucid… then you can take control of your dreams… You begin to realize that everything in the dream, people and places, are all parts of you… representations of your hopes and fears… and you can change them the way you want… make them more joyful and erase the fears and negative emotions… If you have ever experienced lucid dreams, you know how exhilarating and fantastic they are. In future, I may talk more about how to have lucid dreams and use them to change your waking life… But, for now, just the experience of lucid dreams gives you a glimpse into how being more awake and aware feels… Now, if you can become lucid in your dreams and feel more aware and awake, can you do the same in your waking life? Can you become more lucid in your daily life? can you come to the realization that all that you are feeling about the world are representations of your very own hopes and fears? … and so you can change them at will. After all, dreams and waking life have a lot in common, a lot more than what we are used to believing. But How are they similar? and How can we use that similarity to change our lives and get what we desire in our lives? Stay tuned… in the next e-letters, I am going to share more… Wish you the manifestation of all your desires,...

How To Solve Problems

How To Solve Problems

I hope you are having a great day. In this e-letter, I want you to try something for yourself and see how powerful it is… It’s one little thing to do differently, that makes all the difference in the world… But first, let me tell you about a drunk man whose story is not unrelated to what I am about to tell you… I am talking about the drunk who was desperately looking for his car key under the light in the parking lot, late at night. A passerby asked what he was looking for. The drunk said: “I am looking for the key I lost in that dark alley across from the parking lot”. When the passerby asked why he was looking for it here then, he replied: “Because there’s more light here!” Sometimes, it’s not the effort we put in our search but how we inquire that makes all the difference… When faced with obstacles, some people ask others or themselves questions with a certain theme… for example: “Why is it that every time I want to…, I run into this problem?” “Why is it that some people are like this?” And so on… You can see the theme here, right? The theme is always something like this: “Why is it that …(something negative)…?” You see [First Name], we are always looking for the right answer… We ask a question, and spend a huge amount of time or even a lifetime looking for the answer… We hardly doubt the question itself… We assume there are right and wrong answers, but rarely suspect that there are right and wrong questions too… Throughout history, those who accomplished great things were the ones who asked the right questions… Asking the right question is by far more important than searching for the answer… So, whenever you keep searching for an answer to a question to no avail…try questioning the question! Sometimes, if you change the question a little, you can find the answer… Human brain is very powerful, but the key to unlocking that power is the “right question”… No matter how powerful a computer, unless you use the right password, you cannot access its great power. Remember from the previous e-letters, how rephrasing a question could switch negativity to positivity, quickly and easily? Your subconscious mind knows the answer to many of your problems if not all… After all, it has been collecting and storing information all your life, whether you are conscious about it or not… But, To access this huge storage of solutions, you need to use the right question… Yes, Ask “The Right Question”, and you shall receive “The Answer”… But HOW can you change your questions to get your answers? I want you to think about it for a while… before I tell you how, in the next e-letters… Learning how to rephrase your questions can be one of the greatest things that can help you change your life. Wish you happiness,...
